Primary Fuse Kit

In addition to factory installed primary fusing capability, Micron offers a primary fuse kit for field installation on ImperiTRAN® and GlobalTRAN® units. The primary fuse kit includes a 2-pole Class CC fuse block with mounting and wiring hardware. This fuse kit will fit most competitors units. The primary fuse kit, when installed, will add a maximum of 11/16″ to the transformer “A” dimension and 1-15/16″ to the “C” dimension.

Safe-Touch® Terminal Covers

Safe-Touch terminal covers come on all standard GlobalTRAN® units and are also available for ImperviTRAN® units. Safe-Touch covers carry an IP20 rating in accordance with the IEC 529  standard. Covers are available in kit form for units with or without secondary fuse clips. When installed, the covers prevent contact with current-carrying parts.

Safe-Touch® Fuse Block Cover Kits

Safe-Touch terminal covers for Micron’s primary fuse block are available for use with GlobalTRAN and ImperviTRAN units. Micron’s covers feature an easy-open latch for quick release with a screwdriver. Fuse block cover kits also carry an IP20 rating in accordance with the IEC 529 standard preventing contact with current-carrying parts.

Fuse Clips

In addition to factory installed secondary fuse clips, Micron offers secondary fuse clips for field installation on ImperiTRAN® units. Fuse clips accommodate three fuse sizes and are available for small and large terminals.

Jumpers

Replacement jumpers are available for both large and small terminals. Jumpers are needed for units with parallel/series options.
